Kimcheezies started as a kitchen experiment to pair kimchi with various foods. We loved kimchi straight out of the jar and with almost everything, but during my frequent travels to Seoul, I was always intrigued by the use of cheese in Korean food, such as ramyun and army stew. Recently, we were trying out recipes for Kimchi fries that have become popular in some parts of the country. We experimented with different ingredients and procured a perfect blend of high-quality cheese, kimchi, and spices to make the unique Kimcheezies dip.
